Be the first to learn about how you can leverage the careers in your organization to showcase to students and educators the opportunities that are available in our communities As the skills gap continues to grow, it’s important for you to understand what you can do locally to help overcome that gap and create a long-term sustainable pipeline of students who are ready for your workforce.

Enjoy lunch followed by an overview of INSPIRE, Q&A with Nikki Kiss, Executive Director for INSPIRE Sheboygan County and learn more about the successes in Sheboygan County and about how can creatively work together to ensure success.


Nikki Kiss, the Executive Director of INSPIRE Sheboygan County,  brings over ten years of experience in the world of education and employer/education connections. Previously serving as a High School Liaison, steering the initial launch of Youth Apprenticeship through Lakeshore Technical College (LTC) and as the Director of Institutional Effectiveness at LTC.  Nikki continues to serve on the Business and Education Partnership committee and with the Coastal Young Professional Network in Sheboygan.
