Benjamin Artz, Ph.D. is the John E. Kerrigan Professor of Economics at the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. Professor Artz graduated with a PhD in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 2008 and is a renowned scholar in the fields of Industrial Relations and Labor Economics. Professor Artz’s work has been cited in over 300 local and international media outlets and recently earned a nomination as finalist for the international Kanter Award for Excellence in Work-family Research. His current research focuses on various topics in industrial relations and in particular on studies of subjective well-being and gender gaps in labor market outcomes.
