Ripon/Green Lake Chapter: Power of Body Language Workshop
About this event
What is your body saying before you speak? Research shows that a significant portion of communication is nonverbal, and our posture, gestures, facial expressions, and eye contact often speak long before words are ever spoken. In this one-hour session, participants will explore how nonverbal communication shapes first impressions, builds trust, and enhances clarity and connection in relationships at work and in daily life.
The workshop will be led by Kristin Bock, founder of Body Language Blueprints. Kristin is a certified body language trainer, speaker, and coach who works with professionals and leaders to help them leverage nonverbal communication to connect more effectively and present themselves with confidence. Her programs are known for being interactive, engaging, and entertaining, while remaining grounded in practical, real-world skills such as making strong first impressions, holding confident eye contact, active listening, leading with presence, and improving communication in both in-person and virtual environments.
This event is ideal for women at any stage of their career who are interested in strengthening how they show up, communicate, and connect with others. We also invite students to attend and their admission is FREE! Registration is required and includes a catered dinner by Adam's Rib of Green Lake. Cash bar will also be available.
